Kindly note, all deposits are non-refundable and will be credited to the cost of your service. The remaining balance will be collected the day of your visit.
Cancellations
We understand things may come up when booking an appointment, it does not allow another guest to reserve that space. Please cancel or rebook 48 hours in advance failure to do so will result in 50% of the service price charged.
15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled
No shows 100% of the service price will be charged.ointment being rescheduled
Reminder:
All lash refills should be booked before 21 days . Any fill appointments booked after will need a Full Set of Lashes.
